Begin the festivities with a bubbly and canapé reception followed by a gourmet gala dinner designed for the occasion by our head chef, where you will be seated at large tables of up to 8 guests.
After dinner put on your dancing shoes for live music in the Kestrel Suite, toast the New Year with a glass of bubbly, sing along to Auld Lang Syne and watch our fantastic firework display at midnight.
