From The North
Head South West on the M5 and continue onto the A38, at Buckfastleigh take the slip road and continue on to the A384, signposted Dartmouth/Totnes. When you reach Dartington take the first left at the roundabout and continue onto the A385. Continue into Totnes. When you reach Totnes take the A381 (Western by-pass) signposted Kingsbridge. As you continue on this road you will go through three villages, Harbeton Ford, Halwell and the Mounts, continue on this road and take a left turn onto Sandy Lane (signposted Buckland Tout Saints), take the next left and continue into Goveton, head up the hill and past St Peters Church, the hotel is on your right.
From The South
Head northeast on A30 and take the A38 ramp to Bodmin/Plymouth/A389. At Carminow Cross Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A38. Go through 4 roundabouts, partial toll road. Take the A384 exit towards Totnes/Dartmouth/ A381. Turn left onto A384 and go through 1 roundabout.
At the roundabout, take 1st exit onto A385. Turn right onto and continue along Western By-pass A381. Turn left onto Sandy Ln then take 1st left.
Buckland Tout-Saints is signposted on your right.
